I’ve been watching this series on knife skills, and it’s terrific. It’s been a while since I’ve had a brush-up in this area and it’s reminded me how much easier cooking is when you know how to use a knife, AND your knives are good quality and sharp. The course is free, you just have to sign up at Craftsy. It’s more than worth it – the demonstrations are easy to follow and easy to duplicate.
